2. What the App does
Photo Planner is a planning and workflow app for photographers and videographers. It helps users organize shoots, manage client details, create checklists, generate service contracts, and share client portal links.
3. Data the App collects
A. Account and authentication data
- Email address
- Authentication identifiers required to sign in and manage the account
B. Profile and business information
- Full name
- Phone number
- Email address
- Address or city
- Studio name
- Tax ID / PIB
- Bank account information entered by the user
C. Shoot and workflow data
- Shoot title and type, media type, date and time
- Location and selected map data, including address and coordinates
- Duration, pricing and payment status, delivery deadline
- Notes, preparation lists, equipment lists, shot lists, and other workflow content
- Links added by the user, such as Google Drive delivery links
D. Client-related data entered by the user
- Client name, phone number, and email address
- Client messages, preparation notes, and other project details
- Client confirmation status for upcoming shoots
E. Client portal interaction data
- Information displayed through the client portal link that the user chooses to share
F. Technical and service data
- Basic technical logs or service metadata generated by the underlying infrastructure
4. How the App uses data
Photo Planner uses data only for the operation of the App and related user-requested features, including:
- Creating and managing user accounts
- Saving profile and business settings
- Organizing shoots and project workflows
- Generating photography or videography contracts
- Displaying and sharing client portal information
- Storing custom checklist templates
- Supporting map, location, weather, and schedule-related features
- Maintaining app security, reliability, and troubleshooting
- Complying with legal obligations when required
5. Legal basis for processing

- To provide the services requested by the user
- To perform a contract with the user
- Based on the user's actions and instructions inside the App

- Supabase for authentication, database, and backend services

Photo Planner does not sell personal data. Data may be shared only in the following situations:

8. Client portal and shared links
The App allows users to generate and share client portal links. When a user shares such a link, the information connected to that link may be accessible to the recipient. Users are responsible for sharing client links only with intended recipients.

Data is stored for as long as it is necessary to provide the App and its features, unless a longer retention period is required by law. If a user keeps an active account, account data and user-created content may remain stored so the App can continue to function.
10. Account deletion and deletion of user data
Users can delete their account directly from within the App. When a user deletes their account, the account is deleted from Supabase and the user's associated data is deleted along with it. Some limited technical records may remain temporarily in backups or logs required for security or legal compliance.
11. Data security
Reasonable technical and organizational measures are used to protect personal data against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or disclosure. However, no method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure, and absolute security cannot be guaranteed.
12. Children's privacy
Photo Planner is not directed to children and is not intended for use by individuals below the age required under applicable law to use such a service independently.
13. International data transfers
Depending on the hosting and service providers used, personal data may be processed in countries other than the user's own country. Where required, appropriate safeguards are used for such transfers.

Depending on the user's location and applicable law, users may have rights such as:
